A parent or student asks to see, correct or erase their information: what do I do?

The school manages the information about its students and their parents, so the owner is the one who answers, within 30 days.

• See: open the student's record (and their family) and pass on what it contains. For a full copy, the export (Settings › Data › Export everything) contains the whole school: hand over only the rows about that person.
• Correct: edit the student's or parent's record.
• Erase: delete the student or parent. They stay 30 days in the trash, then are erased for good; they then disappear from backups within 12 months at most. There is no immediate erasure.

Instructors cannot handle these requests: they do not see contact details. If the person writes directly to Martialnote (bonjour@martialnote.com), the request is passed on to the school.
