For a taekwondo club
A taekwondo club often welcomes many children, with belts moving quickly and families enrolling two or three young people at once.
What your club has to keep
Poomsae and sparring techniques advance together, with frequent belt promotions among the youngest. Groups change quickly: a child goes from white to yellow belt in a few months, and the club has to keep up without getting lost. Parents, for their part, want to know where their child stands and what is left to pay.

What Martialnote does for this style
The taekwondo belt template is ready, with the usual conditions of age and practice; you adjust it to your federation or to your own habits. Families come together in the app, with a main contact, and dues tracking shows arrears per family rather than per person. Children's attendance is taken in seconds, at the start of class.

- Families grouped with a main contact.
- Dues arrears visible per family.
- Attendance taken at the start of class.

Ranks
A rank template is offered as a starting point, with no official character: it describes a common usage, which your school renames and recolours freely. Promotion conditions — age, months of practice, attendance — are set per rank.

Questions
Can I track the children's belts separately?
Yes: groups and ranks are distinct, and one club can have several systems.
Do parents see their child's progress?
No: only the school's accounts access it. The school can pass on progress in a message, whenever it wishes.
