A program that looks like your school

Each curriculum is a list of items, arranged in categories if you wish: empty-hand forms, weapons, techniques, theoretical concepts. An item is marked learned, then validated, with its date. The program follows the student everywhere: the attendance sheet shows each person's next step, and the record shows everything already earned.

With or without ranks

A school can run with no ranks at all: item-by-item tracking is then enough. A school with belts or sashes adds a rank system, ties items to ranks and tracks promotion conditions. Both ways live in the same app, and a school can start without ranks and add them later.

Notes and milestones

Not everything fits in a box. A free note keeps an observation on an item, and a milestone marks a moment: first seminar, first competition, return after an injury. Notes and milestones stay on the student's record, dated, and are read again when preparing a promotion.
