Start from the list you already have

A spreadsheet, or a photo

The spreadsheet can be CSV or Excel. The app recognises the usual columns — first name, last name, email, phone, groups, enrolment date — even when the headers are worded differently, and shows the mapping it understood. A photo of the list works too: the text is read by an AI service, then you fix what needs fixing. In both cases, nothing is created before your confirmation.

• CSV or Excel, up to 1,000 rows per import.
• Photo of the list, read by AI.
• Column mapping shown for checking.
• A preview before anything is created.

Groups are created along the way

If your spreadsheet mentions groups that do not exist yet, the preview lists them and the import creates them. Likely duplicates are flagged — same name, same email — and you decide what to do, row by row. Enrolment dates are understood according to the school's language, and an ambiguous date is shown exactly as it was read.

• New groups created on import.
• Likely duplicates flagged, not deleted.
• Enrolment dates read in the school's language.
• One rejected row does not stop the others.

Families come together

Two students from the same family can be joined after the import, or during it if your spreadsheet says so. A parent who is also a student becomes a contact linked to their child. That relationship then serves the family rate and the sending of messages to the right adult.
