No conditions and no delay
The export is not reserved for paying schools and asks for no justification. It does not wait for the end of a billing month and does not go through support. It is also the commitment made if the service closes: six months' notice, and the export that stays available throughout.
Why we make it easy
An easy export forces us to earn your trust every month rather than hold you back by making it hard. It is also a requirement of Quebec's Law 25: you must be able to take back the information you entrusted to us. If you ever leave, we would rather it were frictionless.
