Reach the right people, without keeping a separate list
A cancelled class, a schedule change, a dues reminder: messages leave from the same place, to the right people, without copying addresses into a notebook.
Who you can write to
You choose the audience: the whole school, one or more groups, or only the students of a cancelled or moved session. The addresses are already in the app, and for a minor the message goes to the parent or guardian. You see the number of recipients before sending, then a preview of the email as it will arrive.
- The whole school, one or more groups.
- The students of a cancelled or moved session.
- A minor: the message goes to the parent or guardian.
- A preview before sending, with the recipient count.
Reply and keep the record
The email leaves with a reply address, and the history of sends stays in the app: who received what, and when. A student or parent can unsubscribe in one click; the app respects it and stops writing to them, while keeping the rest of their record intact.
- History of messages sent.
- One-click unsubscribe, respected afterwards.
- Instructors can write if the owner allows it.
Write without getting the wrong person
Addresses are never shown in the message body: each recipient gets their own email. An unsubscribed student, a bouncing address, sends on hold: the app flags it to the owner rather than sending into the void. And a school can pause its sends in one gesture.
Questions
Are student addresses visible to others?
No. Each recipient gets their own email; nobody sees the list of addresses.
Can a parent unsubscribe?
Yes, in one click from any message. The app stops writing to them and flags it to the owner.
Can I cancel a class and write to students at the same time?
Yes. Cancelling a session offers to write to the students concerned, with a message already addressed to the right audience.
Write to the right group, first time
The audience is chosen in the app, the preview is read over, and the history keeps the record.
