Three things, in this order.
- The rate does not depend on the size of your school. The amount is the same from 30 to 300 students, and it does not change when the school grows. That is the model, and it is what makes the bill predictable from one year to the next.
- What the subscription covers: hosting, tested encrypted backups, school isolation, protection of minors' information, a full export at any time, continuous updates. Nothing is reserved for paying schools: the same features for everyone.
- Free access for small schools exists thanks to the schools that pay. It is capped at 25 active students per school, which keeps it affordable. That sentence is published on the landing only when at least one school pays, and it is never said in a payment notice.
