How do I contact Martialnote support?

By email only, at bonjour@martialnote.com. There is no chat and no phone. Before writing, look for the answer in the Help screen: every feature, the frequently asked questions and every error message are explained there.

1. Open the menu, then Help.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Write to bonjour@martialnote.com.
3. Say which screen is involved, what you did and the message shown, word for word.

Write from your account's address, and never send information about students. No response time is guaranteed. A request about the school itself (closing it, payment, refund) must come from the owner.
