MartialnoteHow do I invite an instructor?
The owner invites them by email from Settings. An instructor can't invite themselves.
- Open Settings, Roles and access section.
- Tap Invite an instructor.
- Enter their Email and, if you like, their Name (otherwise the first part of the email is used as the name).
- Tap Send the invitation. "Invitation sent to …" appears and the person shows in the list.
The person gets a sign-in link valid 15 minutes, which opens the app directly on the school, with all instructor rights. If the link expired, they sign in from the sign-in screen with that email. An email that already has a Martialnote account can't be invited (one school per person). A school can invite at most 5 instructors per hour and 20 per 24 hours.
