MartialnoteMy school is suspended. What should I do?
A suspended school becomes read-only:
- viewing and exporting stay possible at any time (Settings > Data);
- any change is refused, with "Your school is suspended: changes are read-only. Write to support.";
- messages no longer go out;
- sign-in, sign-out, preferences and export keep working.
A banner reminds you on the school's screens. The owner receives an email with the reason and the support address. To have the suspension lifted, write to bonjour@martialnote.com: a suspension is always a decision of the Martialnote team, never automatic.
