MartialnoteHow do I get my first payment refunded?
Write to bonjour@martialnote.com, from the owner's email, within 30 days of the first charge, giving the school's name. Martialnote then refunds the whole first payment (the whole year for an annual subscription) in Stripe and cancels the subscription. There is no button for this in the app.
- One such refund per school; later payments and the rest of a period are not refunded.
- After 30 days, the first payment is no longer refundable; you can cancel for the end of the period (see "cancel the subscription").
- After the refund, if the school has more than 25 active students, it becomes read-only 14 days later. Its founder spot stays taken.
- How long the money takes to reach the card depends on the bank.
