MartialnoteHow do I switch from monthly to annual, or back?
The owner opens Martialnote plan > Manage my subscription and changes plan in the Stripe portal.
- Monthly to annual: takes effect immediately. Stripe credits the unused part of the month already paid (proration) toward the new amount.
- Annual to monthly: takes effect at the end of the paid year; no refund in the meantime.
Annual gives about two months free. The portal only offers the two plans of the school's rate: you cannot move from the founder rate to the regular rate there, or the reverse.
