Why is my message awaiting review?

A message can be held (and reviewed) instead of being sent. The most common case is a new school's trial period: a message that goes over 50 addresses per day or that contains a link is held. A message is also held when the school is being verified, suspended, or when its message sending is paused.

1. Open Messages and look at the History. The "Awaiting review" label confirms the message is waiting.
2. Wait: the review takes less than 24 h. The message then goes out, or it is refused and the history shows "Not sent".
3. With no decision after 7 days, the message is refused automatically.

Nothing is lost: the message text is kept during the review. An email that has been sent cannot be recalled. To avoid holding, remove links and stay under the daily limit (see "Why can't I put a link in my message?").
