When the school passes the free threshold

The count happens on its own

There is no need to count your students: the app tracks every day the number of active students — those who had an attendance, a dues payment or progress in the last 90 days, or whose record is less than 90 days old. The month's measurement is the highest number reached during the month. The figure is visible in the app, with the reason for each student: came on such a day, paid on such a day, record created on such a day. A school with 60 enrolled students may well stay under the threshold if some have stopped coming.

A notice, then time

It takes two monthly measurements in a row above the threshold for a notice to go out. That notice states the number of active students, the amount that would apply and the date of the first payment — 30 days later. If the school drops back to 25 active students or fewer during that period, the notice is cancelled and everything starts over. You never have to watch a trial end date.

The price does not depend on growth

Above the threshold, the subscription is flat: $149 per year or $14.99 per month for the first 25 paying schools, $249 per year or $24.99 per month after that, taxes included. No per-student price, no tier that surprises you in January. A school that doubles its number of students pays the same amount, and a school that loses students does not end up paying for nothing.
