It isn't possible in the app yet: write to support at bonjour@martialnote.com, who will take care of it.
Before closing a school, the owner can keep a copy of all its data: Settings › Data › Export everything. An account can't move to another school either (one school per person in V1).
After closing, the data is erased from the database; it disappears from backups within 12 months at most (see the privacy policy).
