Where do I find my receipts and invoices?

Receipts, invoices and failed-payment notices are sent by Stripe to the email of the owner who paid, in the school's language. Martialnote does not send them itself.

To find or download them at any time: the owner opens Martialnote plan > Manage my subscription (Stripe portal). The button stays available even after a cancellation, so receipts can still be found. If an email cannot be found, check the spam folder. Amounts are taxes included. They can always be downloaded from Manage my subscription.
