MartialnoteI deleted a student by mistake. How do I get them back?
A deleted student first goes to the trash, where they stay 30 days. Only the owner can restore them.
- Right after the deletion, a message appears at the bottom of the screen for 7 seconds: tap Undo to bring them back right away.
- Later: open Settings, Data section, then Trash.
- Find the student in the list and tap Restore. Their profile, family and history come back.
After 30 days in the trash, the student is deleted for good and can no longer be recovered. An instructor who can no longer find a student should ask the school owner.
