Can I send a receipt for an old payment?

Yes. The owner and the instructor can send a receipt for an already confirmed payment, as long as it is among the 10 latest payments on the student's Payments card.

1. Student profile, Payments card.
2. On the payment's row (status "Not sent"), tap Send receipt.

The receipt gets the school's next number for the current year (for example 2026-0014), not the year of the payment. The receipt shows two dates: Date, the receipt's issue date (the day it is sent), and, right below it, Payment date, the date entered on the payment. Payments confirmed before receipts existed never sent an automatic receipt. A school address in Settings and a recipient with an email are required (see "Why was the receipt not sent?"). A payment older than the latest 10 is not offered on the card.
