My school already pays and drops below 25 active students, what happens?

If two monthly measures in a row show 25 active students or fewer, the subscription stops at the end of the paid period (the current month or year). That period is not refunded, but the school uses it to the end. The owner is warned by email, and the school becomes free at the end.

• A single measure at 25 or fewer changes nothing.
• If, before the period ends, two measures in a row go back above 25, the subscription continues with nothing to do.
• If the school has not been charged yet (card saved, waiting for the first charge) and a measure drops to 25 or fewer, the subscription is cancelled immediately, with no charge.

Paying voluntarily at 25 active students or fewer is not possible: the school is free.
