Why can't I put a link in my message?

During a new school's trial period, any message that contains a link is held and reviewed before it is sent. A link includes http://, https://, www. and a plain domain name (for example school.com).

• Write the message without a link: it goes out normally.
• Or send it anyway: it will be reviewed, like other held messages, in less than 24 h.

Once the school becomes a trusted school (at least 14 days after it was created, with real activity), links are allowed just as for any other school. See the "The trial period" article.
