How do I correct the amount of a due date?

On the student's profile, tap Correct the amount on the due date's line. Only the owner can do this; the instructor sees no amounts.

1. Open the student's profile, Subscriptions block.
2. In the Due dates list, tap Correct the amount on the right line.
3. Enter the Amount of this due date ($0 to $100,000), then tap Save.

The Due dates list only shows due dates not fully paid. It changes only that due date: the plan price and Price for this student do not change. $0 waives the due date. To change the rate of all future due dates, use Price for this student. For a payment entered by mistake, see "Cancel a payment".
