A student meets all requirements but isn't ready (or the opposite): what do I do?

Requirements are guidelines, never rules: the owner awards the grade when they judge the student ready.

• A student who meets everything gets nothing automatically: without an award, their grade does not change.
• A student who misses a requirement can still receive the grade: Award: {grade} stays available.
• The detail of each requirement ("4 of 6 months · 2 to go", "12 of 40 · 28 to go", "2 of 3 validated") helps explain what remains.
• To change a requirement for the whole school: Grade system > edit the grade.
