School messages and reminders go to the family's main contact: the first parent in the list.
- Open the profile of a child in the family.
- In Parents and guardians, tap ⋮ next to the parent you want.
- Choose Make main contact.
If the main contact is removed, the next parent becomes main contact automatically.
