Where: Import students screen (/students/import), after Take a photo or Choose an image.

Why: the image exceeds the size accepted by the service (4 MiB once decoded). It was not sent to the model and no name was read.

What to do: take the photo again, or choose a smaller image. A photo taken directly with the device is resized in the browser; a very large image imported from a computer can be cropped or compressed before trying again. .xlsx or .csv file import remains available.
