Where: Import students screen (/students/import), after Take a photo or Choose an image.

Why: the school has reached the number of photo readings allowed over 24 hours. The photo was not sent to the model.

What to do: try again the next day, or import the list from a .xlsx or .csv file. If the school needs more readings, contact the person who manages the service. Failed readings also count toward the limit.
