Where: Import students screen (/students/import), after Take a photo or Choose an image.
Why: the chosen file is not a valid JPEG, PNG or WebP image (for example a PDF, a GIF or a renamed file). It was not sent to the model.
What to do: choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo, or take the photo again with the device. For a PDF, open the page and photograph it or take a screenshot. .xlsx or .csv file import remains available.
