"The school is read-only: payment is overdue. The owner can restore access in Martialnote plan."

Where: any action that changes data (add, edit, delete, send) in a read-only school.

Why: the school owes a payment and the grace period after the due date has passed. The school becomes read-only: everything can be viewed and the owner can export all data, but nothing can be changed. All roles see this block; only the owner can lift it.

What to do: the owner opens Settings > Martialnote plan and uses the Pay button (or "Manage my subscription" if a payment failed). Access returns as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. An instructor must ask the owner. No data is deleted.

Details: read-only starts 14 days after the first payment date if nothing is paid (44 days after the notice), immediately when Stripe gives up after failed charges, or 14 days after the end of the paid period if the owner cancels while the school has more than 25 active students. Viewing and logging in stay possible for everyone, and the owner can export all data (an instructor can never export). The owner is warned by email 3 days before and on the day.
