Where: a minor student's profile, Remove from family button.

Why: a minor has no contact details of their own; the school reaches them through their family (their parents or guardians). So they cannot be left without a family.

What to do: to move them to another family, use Change family on their profile and choose another family or create one. See Families and parents.
