Why: no payment is requested from the school right now: it is under the free threshold, or payment is not due yet.
What to do: nothing to do. The Pay button appears when a payment is expected; the school is warned by email first.
Good to know: a payment is only requested after the pricing notice, which is only sent after two monthly measures in a row above 25 active students; the first payment is then set 30 days later. It is not possible to pay voluntarily at 25 active students or fewer.
