Why: the school already has an active subscription; a second one cannot be opened.

What to do: use "Manage my subscription" on Martialnote plan to change card, period (monthly or annual) or cancel.

Good to know: only the owner can do this. In "Manage my subscription" you change card, see receipts, switch from monthly to annual (immediately, with credit for the unused part) or from annual to monthly (at the end of the paid year), cancel (at the end of the paid period) or resume a cancellation. A school whose payment failed does not get the "Pay" button either: it changes card through "Manage my subscription".
