Over plan

Who: the owner only. The instructor sees the badges on attendance sheets, but not the "Over plan" list (message "This section is for the school owner").

Where to find it

On Today, the Over plan · N card appears only when there is something to review (N = number of rows). It leads to the Over plan screen (/overages). No email is sent.

What the list shows

One row per student and per subscription:

• monthly: "10 attendances for 8 allowed in October 2026";
• card: "12 classes for a 10-class card";
• no subscription: "No subscription: no subscription gives access to Open sparring (2 attendance(s))".

The 4 actions

• Adjust the limit (monthly): the number allowed for the month becomes the number of attendances (beyond 99 attendances, the month becomes unlimited); the row disappears. To go back: on the profile, This month > Back to the usual number.
• Renew (card): new card of the same type starting today; the extra attendance moves onto it.
• Add a subscription (monthly and no subscription): opens the student's profile.
• Leave as is: removes the row without changing the count; Undo is offered for 7 seconds. A new extra attendance brings a row back.

When a row disappears on its own

• Rows for a monthly subscription and "No subscription" rows only concern the current month: they disappear when the month changes (past months' counts stay visible on the profile).
• Rows for a card stay until it is renewed or Leave as is is chosen.
• Correcting the attendance sheet (removing an attendance) recalculates the list.
