Why is Interac e-Transfer no longer in the payment methods list?

A commercial brand name is no longer used: the old transfer method is now called Bank transfer. Old "Interac e-Transfer" payments are now shown as "Bank transfer": the list uses generic names. Nothing is lost: payments previously recorded with that method became Bank transfer.

The method list in Confirm a payment (owner only) is: Bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit card and Not specified. The old "Other" method became Not specified.

Each student can have a usual payment method, prefilled in Confirm a payment; the owner sets it on the student's profile, Payments card. The method appears on the receipt (the line stays empty for "Not specified"). No money goes through Martialnote: the method only records how the student paid.
