Where: a student’s Progression screen > Add a stripe. Owner and instructors.
Why: each grade has a maximum number of stripes (0 to 10, set in the grade system). The student already has all of them for their current grade, for example because someone else just added one.
What to do: reload the screen to see the current stripes. Next step: the next grade, awarded by the owner. To allow more stripes, the owner raises the grade’s maximum (Grade system > Edit > Stripes (max.)). A stripe added by mistake is removed in Grades obtained > Remove.
