Martialnote"Photo reading is not enabled for your school."
Where: Import students screen (/students/import), after Take a photo, Choose an image or Enable for my school.
Why: photo reading is turned off for the school, or the service has no OpenRouter key configured. No photo is sent and no name is read.
What to do: if the Enable for my school button is visible, the owner taps it and accepts sending the photo to the external AI service. If the option was turned off, turn it back on. If no button appears, the instance has no reading service configured: use .xlsx or .csv file import, or contact the person who manages the service. Only the owner can enable the option.
