Where: Messages (/messages) or the Notify students sheet in the schedule, when choosing Send by email.

Why: among the targeted students (active students of the chosen groups, of the whole school, or of the session), none has an address: an adult student has no email on their record, and for a child (or an adult without email who belongs to a family) no parent in the family has an email. Nothing is sent and nothing is added to the history. The group may also be empty or contain only inactive students.

What to do: the Preview lists students without an address (first name and initial) with a link to their record. The owner adds an email to the adult student's record, or to a parent in the family (preferably the main contact), then sends again. Instructors do not see contact details: they ask the owner to fill them in.
