Where: a student’s Progression screen > Add a stripe. Owner and instructors.
Why: a stripe always goes on the student’s current grade. The student has no grade yet in this system, or their current grade changed meanwhile (new award, or an award moved to the trash).
What to do: reload the screen. If the student has no grade, the owner first awards one (Award: … or Award another grade, for example the grade they arrived with from another school).
