Where: Settings › School › time zone (owner).
Why: the chosen time zone isn't a recognized IANA zone (for example America/Toronto). The time zone tells which day it is for the school: attendance, dues, inactivity suggestion.
What to do: choose the time zone from the list. Default: America/Toronto (Eastern time, Québec).
