Where: Curriculums screen, curriculum form (add or edit), or Restore in the trash.
Why: another visible curriculum in the school already has this name, ignoring capitals. A curriculum in the trash does not count, but restoring it fails if it would now be a duplicate. Only the owner manages curriculums.
What to do: choose another name (for example "Kids kung-fu"), or rename the other curriculum first.
